使用方法：

建议：
在微波炉加热时， 可以做2分钟颈部按摩，沿着后颈项头颅骨下缘用力按压，不便拘泥具体穴位，然后捏按颈椎部位。晚上睡觉前， 或平常任何时候躺卧后仰时都可使用。
加热后使用前，可以在安眠枕上放一根非常薄的小毛巾，或结实的纸巾。躺卧时做至少30个深呼吸。

Recommendations:
